KADOKÉLÉ STYLE: LOOK FOR HAITIAN FLAG CELEBRATION

You know the saying stay ready, so you don’t have to get ready? Meeting an acquaintance randomly at Logan Airport Friday before the Haitian Compas Festival in Miami led to an opportunity to styling RAM HAITI lead singer, Lunise Morse.

This opportunity is a personal high. I was about 11 years old when dad took me to my first RAM concert at Hotel Ideal, Carrefour, Haiti. I have seen them performed for at least six times in my life so far. She is a powerhouse, a cultural phenomenon and an inspiration for us all.
